We’re the UK’s newest and most exciting Logistics Recruitment Agency.

Established in mid-2024 with the aim to disrupt the aged industry and bring it into the modern day.

Our journey started in 2015, where we advanced and succeeded in several sectors internationally. Our primary focus was the world of permanent recruitment. The world of temporary recruitment however, needs an organisation like DROPP to come and make it a stronger place for both employer and employee. It’s a two way relationship, and through our vast knowledge of the sector we can make it soar.

What is Your Recruitment Process for Employers?

We first start by understanding your company’s requirements, then we match you with top-tier staff within your specified timeframe, qualifications and location.

No frills. Just great and fast recruitment.

Can I request a specific candidate?

Of course!! Many of our clients request the same candidates to cover their shifts for short-term or long-term periods. We’re doing the right thing if we can find you candidates you really like.

How many hours can I book through DROPP?

This is totally up to you. We have long-term, short-term and ad-hoc hours available for you to select. However, if you are a class driver, you are limited to working 90 hours over a two week period.

Who do I contact about my pay?

We have a seamless payment system in place to ensure you receive transparent communication with your pay. To submit your hours, you will fill in an easy Timesheet, which you and the shift host will sign at the end of every week. The timesheet is to be emailed to: timesheets@dropp.uk

We work with FCSA-approved Umbrella companies who process all of your pay and host you an employer. Meaning that you have the same entitlements and benefits as a full-time member of staff.
