Dropp Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised and promoted by Dropp (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open only to individuals who:

18+ years of age, and
are UK residents, and
hold a valid and active HGV driving licence at the time of entry.

Entrants may be required to provide proof of a valid HGV licence before the prize is awarded.

If the selected winner cannot provide valid proof of an active HGV licence, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

3. Entry

Entries cost £2 per entry.

A maximum of 400 entries are available for this competition.

Entries can be purchased through the official Dropp competition payment link.

Entries will close on 20 March, or earlier if the maximum number of entries is reached.

4. Maximum Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition early if all available entries are sold before the closing date.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The draw will take place live on Dropp social media channels following the closing of entries.

6. Prize

The prize is:

TomTom GO Expert Plus Sat Nav 7″ Premium Pack Truck & HGV Sat Nav

Approximate retail value: £449.99

The prize:

cannot be exchanged for cash
cannot be transferred to another person
cannot be substituted unless required by circumstances outside the Promoter’s control

If necessary, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar or equivalent prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Verification

The winner must provide:

proof of identity
proof of a valid active HGV driving licence

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner if verification requirements are not met.

If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within a reasonable time, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery of Prize

The prize will be posted to the winner within the UK after verification has been completed.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

9. Refund Policy

All entries are final and non-refundable once submitted.

By purchasing an entry, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
technical issues affecting entry submission
events outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control.

11. Acceptance of Rules

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
