What checks do your workers go through?
Every worker has their right to work checked before any assignment, plus proof of address and signed booking forms. Drivers also have their licence checked with the DVLA and their CPC, tacho and any job-specific cards verified. Engineers have their trade qualifications checked.
Can I take a temp on permanently?
Yes, that's what temp to perm is for. When you're ready to bring someone onto your books, we match your pay rate so they move across with no loss of earnings.
