Specific Skills
Proven MIG welding experience, confident with hand and power tools and able to read technical drawings. TIG experience is an advantage.
Responsible For
- MIG welding sheet metal and fabricated components to specification
- Reading engineering drawings to work out welding requirements
- Cleaning, cutting and aligning parts before welding
- Quality checking welds and putting right any defects
- Helping with assembly to keep production moving
